Davis, to recover for damages and medical expense due to the death of her husband, Bruce C. Ruid, caused by the negligence of Davis. The other action was commenced by the respondent Davis against Richard Root Jones, the administrator of the estate of Bruce C. Ruid, to recover for his damages and medical expenses sustained by reason of the negligence of Ruid.
