Governor Carney, having ensured the suppression of vital witness evidence which would have further authenticated the author’s claims of Governor Carney’s personal Infringement of the author’s Intellectual Property, has consistently refused to personally deny the claims made against him by the author. Instead, taking the guilty man’s option of ‘No Comment’, Mark Carney, by the unlawful misuse of Bank of England resources and public funds, obtained the professional assistance of several highly-paid members of the legal profession. In addition, taking full and improper advantage of his position of power and influence, Governor Carney also secured the protection and favour of sympathetic and collusive members of the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court. As a result the author was ‘Driven from the seat of justice’ with thousands of pounds of costs having been unlawfully awarded against him.
